Policies

-Financial:
All deductibles, copays and co-insurances will be collected at time of service. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. In order for Caritas to service your account or to collect any amount you may owe we may contact you by any telephone number associated with your account.

-No Show/Late Cancellations:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior. This allows Caritas Medical Center time to offer that appointment slot to another patient. If a patient fails to notify us of cancellation for their appointment, there will be a courtesy fee charged to your account.

-Prescription refills
Please allow 48 hours for a refill to be approved and called in by your provider.
